Hi ST

   rename:-
        Is an option switch for OUTPUT device specification.
        Its syntax is "rename=fromdir,todir"
        example : jlogdup INPUT set=current OUTPUT set=database
rename="D:\R08\bnk\bnk.run", "D:\R08\bnk\bnk.jog"
        (note this may not be the exact command for you to use but
will give you an idea on how 'rename' switch works)

  renamefile:-
        Is an option switch for OUTPUT device specification.
        Its syntax is "renamefile=renamefile.txt"
        example : jlogdup INPUT set=current OUTPUT set=database
renamefile="C:\renamefile.txt"
        example renamefile.txt: (this file is suppose to have a list
of from-to mapping)
       D:\R08\bnk\bnk.run , D:\R08\bnk\bnk.jog
       D:\R08\bnk\bnk.motorbike , D:\R08\bnk\bnk.car
       D:\R08\bnk\bnk.truck , D:\R08\bnk\bnk.bus
       (note: again this may not be the exact command for you to use
but will give you an idea on how 'renamefile' switch works)

  Command "jlogdup -H"
        Prints a fairly decent help screen.
        Example the relevent information available in your case is:
        rename=fromdir,todir (O) Path names will be converted from
'fromdir' to 'todir'
        renamefile=filename (O)    Specifies a file with a list of
renames in the format 'fromdir,todir'

Regards,
Dhilip
