a) In INAU status? That's not suppose to happen if you use ) level authorization. Although I remember the same issue when I tried to something like that with some applications like SIGN.ON.RESET. What application are you using? b) I've never used the phanton in interactive mode, so I can't help you there. c) Have you check if the process is up? You should find a process like the following: jsh -Jz -c EX EB.PHANTOM.PH <USER_NAME> <OFS_NAME>
where USER_NAME is the name of the user used by the phantom, and OFS_NAME is the name of the OFS record. If there is no such process, maybe there is a problem with the phantom. Check the &PH& file. In the OFS SOURCE record there is a field called LOG FILE DIR. It should contain the name of a directory, in which you should find a file with the name of phanton, that contains the log of the transactions. I found that if that file does not exist, the phantom is not brought up. It gives an error in the &PH& file and refuses to work. Check that 2010/1/29 Adnan Bin Wasim <[email protected]> > Dear Santosh/Jose, > > Thanks for the help.
