We are on T24 Release R08.003. As most of are aware from T24 release R07 or so, the Template that is used to create new applications has been changed. Temenos also provides all the related skeleton programs in GLOBUS.BP. Below are the related ones. TEMPLATE - Used to define Template Type and other template properties TEMPLATE.FIELDS - Used to define the field names and their properties TEMPLATE.ID - Used for Check ID validation TEMPLATE.RECORD - Used for Check Record Validation TEMPLATE.VALIDATE - Used for Crossval / Auth Validation However, I couldn't find any template to do Check Field validation. I checked if TEMPLATE.VALIDATE also triggers during field validation, but it doesn't. Also, I noted that the MESSAGE variable is set to '' and not 'VAL' during cross validation. Can any one please let me know if the check field validation has been removed in the latest T24 releases (in order to improve the browser performance)?? If so, do we need to handle any field validations through versions via VALIDATION.RTN?? This may not sound great if the template has quite a few fields !! Please let me know if there is any alternate solution.
