Hi Vorleak , Resizing: If u resized the file, data transfer will be little bit faster. If the size is full then the retriving of Records will be faster.Its like loading more apples in the filled sack.Once the file is full then do resizing. Downsizing: This will just reduce the unwanted occuping of space.
