Choice Brands Equestrian, located in Hazleton, PA, is seeking an experienced jBase/Pick developer. Choice Brands is the premier retail supplier of equestrian products, under our web site http://www.horseloverz.com. We also provide wholesale products to a number of dealers throughout the United States.
We are a small, informal, dynamic company. Our users are sophisticated and are always challenging our developers to expand the functionality of the system. We operate an in-house developed ERP system, originally programmed in MvBase, but operating on jBase/Linux for the past 4 years. The system is highly integrated with web services, web shopping cart, and many other third party programs. If you are a jBase/Pick Developer with 5 our more years experience in the multi-value field, we would like to hear from you. Requirements are extensive Pick experience, preferably jBase, additional experience with VB, dot Net, PHP, etc very helpful. Ability to administer Linux and diagnose jBase/Linux interactions also helpful. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of current and new systems. You must be a legal US resident with the right to work in the US This position is not for the meek. We are constantly on the "cutting edge" and will challenge your abilities to the fullest.
