Thanks Prasanna, We have re-install the database from scratch again, re-installing the jbase everything and made sure the OFS.PASSWORD field in the OFS.SOURCE used is null, but we still get the same result, when we tried to sign in through the browser, it gave us security violation like before and when we created another user and used that, again it corrupted the SPF again.
