Hi Vorleak, At the end of month IC.COB process accrual entries(Interest and charges). So that will take some time than time it takes on normal working days. As of my knowledge upto R08 the IC.COB was single threaded. So that is another reason for this performance issue. Try to contact Temenos helpdesk to find any patch for this issue.
