Did you think to look up what error message 3 is with the ERRMSG command? it means that there is no such command. Do you mean that you hit <ESC> and then !CLS ? Or that you type in CLS at the jSH prompt? To be honest the question does not make a lot of sense. I think that there might be a CLS proc/command installed but at least from wherever you are typing this, it does not.
Do you not have any local support to get things like this resolved?
