Hi Jim, I got in touch with some of my TEMENOS friends, but my efforts were in vain, some tell that it is available in TCSP site, where you need to have a client login, and the Bank client with which we are working does not have access to this portal. The other way is only when the tool 'Insight' has been purchased, temenos is ready to give the documentation through CSS.
