If you have a doc you'd like to offer, you can post a link to it at PickWiki.com. As far as actually posting a doc somewhere, you could use any hosting site, but I'll be happy to host docs of community (Pick/MV/jBase/T24) interest at my site and then link to them from PickWiki.
