OK, It looks to me like the EQU is probably the last thing on the last line and not being complete, it is hanging. The pre-processor looks for that string of course. I think that it probably only happens on Windows though where the text files are not terminated with an LF like they should be, or if the text is an item in the file without a terminating AM.
Basically, I wouldn't worry about it. It could be fixed, but how often are you likely to do this?
