Hi Lalit Patil, I haven't yet heared of any tool for the task, But I am quite sure that the comparison is a complex and a time taking task.
Since there will be many accounting products, loans. limit and different parameter, GL-LINE setups, users and security management groups... trnasactions codes, transaction condition types (TXN types), interest and tax rates, commission types. Further to that Enquiries, Versions, Tabbed screens, local developments and code, if any, and menus bla bla ......
