Kiran, As far as I can tell you should OPENPATH the directory, not the file itself. Your Y.FILEPATH should only be '/r10r/r10r/bnk/inputfiles'. After the directory is successfully opened you can then use the F.SEQ.FILE to read using the file name as record ID, something like:
READ WHOLE.FILE FROM F.SEQ.FILE, '100113.001.DEBAFF.20090101.202.txt' THEN ** Do something with the content.
