How to block users from viewing the previous commands executed at Jshell
using arrow keys??

As we know that the history of commands execute at jshell are stroed under
"jutil_ctrl" file and users can see commands executed from that tty by
using arrow keys. Also can view the history of commands by using <Ctrl L>.

Is there any way to block showing previous commands when we use up-arrow
key?? We had problems with user mistakenly executing the command that was
ran by some other user from the same tty some time ago.
