You may be on to something here, Peter. I picked a large directory and let it sit 10 minutes before I scrolled. It worked correctly. I'll do some further testing, though. I wonder how long I should really give it. I have 2 GB of memory, all I can put in this box without having to replace it all (only 2 slots). Since I'm going to get a new computer in the Spring in order to move to Win 7, I think I'll just live with it for now.
