I don't know if they do or not. I tried in UTF-8 and UTF-8 without BOM.
Neither worked at all.
I've become pretty familiar with character sets over the years, and had
tried Western European and OEM-US. That gave me most of them, but not
all. I was just hoping to get closer. Now Unicode, on the other hand... :-)
