I am working with a client who wants to migrate their current jbase installation to a newer server. I did a jdiag and it says the are on fedora 1(yarrow) and jbase release major 3.4 , Minor 6 , Patch 0304.
They acquired a new server and installed fedora 1 on it. Should they upgrade fedora to the latest release? Once fedora is installed, can I just move all the jbase code and data files to the new server and it would mostly work? There are likely some startup scripts that would need to be added or updated? Is there any detailed documentation on how to do this? Thanks in advance for any help. They do not want to upgrade, just migrate what they have as they are a small business and what they have works. -- -- IMPORTANT: T24/Globus posts are no longer accepted on this forum.
