If all your files are in one folder, just backup that folder with the
jbackup command. I have all my accounts as one as sub-folders in my main
jbasedata folder. Then all the files are sub-sub-directories in the
account folders. That way you can restore the whole system, just one
account or just one file off of the entire backup.
