Some times occurring that even if I try to turn off the deamon the pid do not exist at the server....not even zombie style...but at the jlogmenu...or directly the command.....it says is still running. The result is that journalling do not work and I have to wait one our as it is the time I have set(jlogsync -ib -t3600)
As far as I can understand the already dead pid is somewhere written and through the jlogmenu just check there instead of cross checking with the actual live server pids. Could you please help where or what it checked so I can manually kill/modify it to start the jlogsync without waiting one hour.
