Hi, we already have the Lifecycle and After keywords that allow you specify a number of steps depending on outcome:
http://jbehave.org/reference/stable/story-syntax.html <http://jbehave.org/reference/stable/story-syntax.html> The outcome can be ANY, SUCCESS or FAILURE. MetaFilters can be applied to allow application of the outcome to one or more scenarios. Have a look at lifecycle.story in examples.
