Great work :-) Very excited about this whole project. I'm new to
trading but well versed in java :-)

Looks like a minor issue in released code, Equalizer1-3 is not
compiling; complaining on following lines.

        balanceVelocityInd = new BalanceVelocity(new DepthBalance(),
getParam(FAST_PERIOD), getParam(SLOW_PERIOD));

It can be fixed easily by adding appropriate constructor.
