Nope. This error occurs even if I'm running only one strategy in forward test mode without any TWS BookTrader windows open. What I noticed is that when I run one strategy in forward-test mode and the data stream is bad I can still open three additional BookTrader windows and get the correct depth data for three different securities. It seems that in that case TWS does not recognize connection from JBT.
