Thanks for the grouping.  I personally have always considered the strategy
as a subset of the instrument.  Maybe this is because I like to trade
stocks, each strategy is a different weapon to attack the same beast.

I can understand how the strategy is more "dominating" than the instrument
to some people.  It all depends on what you are doing with JBT.  Not all
brains organize alike.
