Great idea!

A few questions:

1. Does it allow the user to download a copy as a PDF? I'd hate
everyone to HAVE to view it online everytime.
2. Does it allow linking to bookmarked sections within the document?
If so, it could pave the way towards context-sensitive help.

I'm away from my PC, so I can't test directly.
