You can use ant. It's very easy to use, you just browse to the directory JBT is installed :
$ cd /path/to/JBT and then you built using the command $ ant However, you need a file called build.xml. If I'm not mistaken, you don't have one with the JBT release, but there's one on the other branch of JBT : JBT-FG. You can modify it to do the same job with JBT.
