I was looking briefly at adding level 2 data to the FG code, mainly for RAW recording. I can't figure out how to get it to work. The IB java demo program never shows an API response coming in. Apparently it should just happen in response to a market depth request, and should be just like any other depth message but with a market maker identifier string, but I just can't get it to work.
