You have to enter the code manually but I think it would be fairly easy to enhance IBController with CAPTCHA solving capability. Once you enter the code it's technically possible to run TWS for weeks at a time without human intervention since IB stopped shutting down its servers during the weekend (my longest TWS run was almost 3 weeks without restart). If you implement command line interface from JBT-FG you can almost completely automate the whole process of trading or recording data.
