thanks for the assurance. I will have to read on the TWS and IBController
and see if I can make some headway.. I am relieved to know that all this is
do-able. as for using a hedging account, I like to be able to hold open long
and short positions in the same futures contracts (nearest month, most
liquid). since executing these contracts on the same account they cancel
each other, hence the need for an hedge-account...
