I've checked it and yes, the results match but having such short Bollinger
window values leads to get very noisy bands values that get extremely close
every few minutes depending on current market conditions.

You can check it by yourself in TWS, just set chart params to 1454 secs and
"Line" . Then it would let you select 1 Sec as the unit in Bollinger
indicator, same as JbookTrader 1s snapshot.  Even if you chose a period of
50 you'll notice fast that these bollinger bands aren't very helpful.

Some papers recommend using a 20 period with 1min bars, I'm going to give a
try with a period of 1000 (maximum allowed in TWS)  seconds = 16.66 minutes
, when looking at the chart it looks smooth and more sensible.
