I did a diff on the two repositories.  I think the only difference is that
the hg automatically converted everything to unix-style line endings.  There
are some ways to deal with this if it becomes a problem for windows users,
but I think it should be fine as is.

If anyone wants the jbooktrader-fg branch ("features group" I think), I have
that as a compatible bundle that branches off the same repository.  The only
usefulness I know of is as a reference, or to record raw data.  I may make a
patch for recording raw data if anyone wants to apply those mods to their
copy of the latest jbt code.
