Just a quick guess.
The codebase was switched to Java7, and the IB library was also switched to
a library that was compiled with Java7  The class file version for Java 7
is 51, this is the basis for my guess.  My guess is your JAVA_HOME points
to a java6 implementation.

If my guess is right, your easiest path is to switch to Java7 for
jbooktrader.
Let me know if you need help on any platform (except Windows).
