I think I have 100% uptime for approximately 9 months. I had to rotate servers once, I think, due to a schedule hardware change, but I had months notice. I forget the details.
My understanding is that Linode is the BEST virtual private server unless you want "cloud features" such as on the fly instance creation (scaling).
