Hi, 

are you using an uptodate version? I had this problem before (typically 
when the switch from one trading day to the next happens) and Eugene was so 
kind to integrate a subscribe runner that forces an automatic resubscribe 
in this case. 
In the newer version this should exist (and hence catch this and restart).
