Klaus is right on the money. JBookTrader is a framework which automates the mechanics of auto-trading and liberates you from the low-level programming which deals with connectivity, data feeds, level 2 processing, order handling, back-testing, optimization, and reporting. So, it's a tool. How much you make with it is entirely up to you and your trading strategies that you run with JBookTrader.
