Hm.. which one.. there's a "Create tag" under right-click context menu,
"Cvs Admin", "Cvs Files", "Cvs Folders" and "Selection". Mildly
confusing. I tried the one under "Cvs Admin", but got this back:
cvs rtag jboss_2_0_dr1 jboss
lock.c:177: failed assertion `strncmp (repository, CVSroot_directory,
strlen (CVSroot_directory)) == 0'
Terminated with fatal signal 6
