Ralph,
Thank you.  The JUnit documentation actually leads you
to this page which I checked out yesterday.  

The article is quite interesting, it integrates a
servlet engine/driver and speaks out in favor of
making sure things integrate properly in addition to
simply running in isolation correctly.  I find this to
be true also.  Integration is when stuff tends to hit
the fan!
