Currently, it looks like the TxInterceptor appears before the
(EJB-type)InstanceInterceptor in the chain.  This makes it difficult for
the TxInterceptor to determine the Transaction setting - it has to use the
EJB metadata to discover that for the method the first time it's invoked.
It would fix it to swap the two, and it looks okay on cursory inspection.
Are there any reasons not to do that?
