The RemoteMethodInvocation belongs in the JRMP invoker since it is one
of the implementation classes we use to transport method invocations. It
does not belong in any SOAP or IIOP implementation, since they will not
use it. They *will* use MethodInvocation though since that is the
"carrier" of the jBoss container architecture.
