Again I don't see a fundamental problem.  It can be all modeled as
contextual information that travels with the MethodInvocation...

It is not a simple implementation change and would make some layers more
complex.  In effect I find that the access to EJB creation (through create
or find) are a bit disseminated but that is another subject.
