I expanded the example on stub-less RMI, and came up with a solution for
transparent pre-emptive fail-over and load-balancing that can be applied
to just about any RMI service. Check it out at:

With this done it should be... no, make that it *is* trivial to add
basic clustering capabilities to jBoss. For stateless operation the
above is all that is needed AFAIK.
