I completely aggree with you and apologize when I was to rude but if I
would not consider to use EJX this discusstion would never happens.

Plan of attack:
1) Write a short HowTo use EJX and to create your own plugin
2) Add JavaDoc documentation to EJX (at least for the basic stuff)
    where it is missing
3) Create a list of improvements needed for the Administration GUI

I will start with the first one now but I would like to ask you if you have
any documenation about EJX or (simple) examples of EJX plugins
which can help me write this HowTo. I think it is better if someone
else is doing that then the coder.
