Can we take the defaultXXX.xml files out of the JARs and put them
in conf or something? If you want to run jBoss under JDK 1.2.2, you have
to change defaultjboss.xml (since we're advertising the differential XML
files). The other problem, the shutdown hook, is handled gracefully at
runtime. Presently, you must rebuild jBoss (or at least ejxjboss.jar) to
change defaultjboss.xml, and I don't think we want to make it that
difficult for our future production releases.
