There are a bunch of files in the jbossweb and website CVS modules which
appear to be obsolete and/or orphans:

http://jboss.org/StartedEJBoss.htm
http://jboss.org/technical_index.html
http://jboss.org/top2.htm

styles.css (used by container.html, ejb.html and server.html)

(StartedEJBoss.htm is mostly an orphan; it's only referenced by users.htm.)

I'm planning on deleting these files (and fixing users.htm). Any objections?
