[jBoss-Dev] I'l fix Tomcat 4.0

I'd like to use the latest Tomcat with jBoss. I am volunteering my time to
update jBoss's integration with Tomcat so that it will work with 4.x. Can
someone give me a little bit of scope/direction so I can get started? Is
there any other feature requests associated with this that I should take
into account?
