I was really thinking that I have a problem with my computer or myself
but finally I could track down the problem.
Under W2K and Jdk1.3 when you start ANT and the base directory in
the driver level or in the first directory it will cause an error because it
somehow tries to locate the files in the CLASSPATH (set in the build.bat
file) relative to the projects base directory (ant.jar is in ..\..) and this
path cannot exists in the drive or the first subdirectory (it does not check
if the file is there).
