Hi Patrik,

whenever I dont really understand what you are trying to achive there,
the source of your trouble is URL related...
It seems the URLConnection for files (must be a com.sun... class) does
caching (by default) and gets mixed up when you replace the file. The
other ugly bug there is, that once you read from a file via url, it does
not release the file handle anymore so that on Win2k (and WinNT?) you re
not able to delete that file until the vm terminated.
