There have been a couple of changes since Jan 31 that have changed things.
One is the change to how the tomcat service works. This change requires additional
elements be added to the tomcat/conf/server.xml file. Another change is in the
minerva jdbc pools config. I'm updating the petstore patch and docs to work
with the latest cvs codebase.
