Or perhaps some documentation to show how to use Apache's proxy 
capabilities when using TC4.0 (You can simulate *some* of the connector's 
capabilities that way)

In the meantime, maybe the Tomcat+Apache+JBoss HOWTO should be updated to
note that Apache+Tomcat only works with pre-Catalina (pre 4.0) versions of
Tomcat to prevent confusion?
