Mellow out. These are transient problems that are either due to the fact that several files are being checked in over the period your pulling your snapshot, new files needed to be added, or the developer was actually lazy. All will be caught by the continuous build the Chris performs and posts to the dev list. If you can't handle working on the main line in the face of frequent updates quit synching with CVS so often.
