[JBoss-dev] tomcat install

The tomcat default install (for 2.2) uses a hardcoded tomcat parameter in
the bat == bad!

the default directory should be tomcat's (the configuration stuff) is it
still the case for 2.2.1? if so can someone fix this?  it breaks running the
"run myConf" type thing.
